Chinese Government Asks Ex Concentration Camp Detainees To Give False Testimony
A message obtained from East Turkistan by the Uyghur Information Center on 23 October 2021, stated that some residential district officials in Urumqi arranged banquets for the Uyghur people who have been in concentration camps before to persuade them to cooperate with Chinese authorities. By the request of the Chinese Government, if any international organizations visit those Uyghurs, they should say that they signed up in advance for “training centers” and went there willingly.
